Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Refunds will generally not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

You purchased the wrong product by mistake.

You expected features or content that were clearly not described on the product page.

You are unable to use the product due to lack of compatible software, hardware, or technical knowledge.

You simply did not like the product after downloading it.
Please review the product description, previews, compatibility information, and license terms carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions
A refund or replacement may be considered in situations such as:

You were charged more than once for the same order.

The product cannot be downloaded due to an issue on our end that cannot be resolved.

The files are corrupted, incomplete, or substantially different from what was advertised.

You accidentally purchased the same product multiple times.

Where possible, EF SUPPLY will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing replacement files, updated download links, or technical assistance.
Unauthorized Refunds
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting EF SUPPLY may result in suspension of access to purchased products while the claim is being reviewed.
