License Agreement

Thank you for purchasing products from EF SUPPLY.

This License Agreement explains how EF SUPPLY products may be used. By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from EF SUPPLY, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.

1. License Grant

EF SUPPLY grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the purchased product in accordance with this agreement.

Ownership of the original files remains with EF SUPPLY. Purchasing a product grants you permission to use it—it does not transfer copyright ownership.

2. Permitted Uses

Unless otherwise stated, every purchase includes the following rights.

You may:

  • Use the assets in personal projects.

  • Use the assets in commercial projects.

  • Create work for clients.

  • Use the assets in branding, advertising, packaging, social media, websites, videos, films, games, books, presentations, and other creative works.

  • Modify, crop, edit, recolor, combine, or otherwise adapt the assets as needed.

  • Use the assets in an unlimited number of finished projects.

  • Continue using completed projects indefinitely.

3. Commercial Use

Commercial use is included with every Standard License.

You may use EF SUPPLY assets in projects that generate revenue, whether for yourself, your employer, or your clients, provided the assets are incorporated into a finished design or production and are not distributed as standalone files.

4. Client Work

You may use purchased assets to create work for clients.

However, the client does not receive ownership of the original downloadable files unless they purchase their own license.

5. Modifications

You are free to modify EF SUPPLY assets in any way necessary for your projects.

Modified versions remain subject to this License Agreement and may not be redistributed as standalone assets.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell the original files.

  • Redistribute the original files.

  • Share the original files with other individuals or organizations.

  • Upload the original files to marketplaces, stock websites, cloud libraries, or file-sharing platforms.

  • Include the original files in another texture pack, asset library, template, mockup, or competing design resource.

  • Make the original files available for download in any form.

  • Claim the original assets as your own work.

  • Remove or alter any copyright notices included with the product.

7. Team Usage

Each purchase is intended for use by a single individual.

If multiple people within a company or organization require direct access to the original files, each user should obtain their own license unless otherwise agreed in writing by EF SUPPLY.

8. Intellectual Property

All products remain the intellectual property and copyrighted work of EF SUPPLY.

Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of the original assets.

9. Attribution

Attribution is appreciated but is never required.

10. Updates

If product updates are provided, they are included only when explicitly stated on the product page.

EF SUPPLY reserves the right to improve or modify products over time.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the EF SUPPLY Refund Policy.

Because digital products cannot be returned after download, refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable law.

12. Termination

This license automatically terminates if its terms are violated.

Upon termination, all rights granted under this agreement immediately cease, and continued use of the original assets is no longer permitted.

13. Limitation of Liability

EF SUPPLY products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EF SUPPLY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its products.

14. Changes to this Agreement

EF SUPPLY may update this License Agreement from time to time.

Any changes apply to future purchases unless otherwise required by law.
